Salon Etiquette

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured if over 15 minutes into the appointment time.

Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.


Quiet 

To make the most out of your time with us and in respect of other guests, please ensure mobile phones are on silent.

Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for their loss.

Children & guests 

Due to strict Health & Safety guidelines, Children are not permitted at Cherish Beauty ( Due to covid 19 and government guidelines we are only allowing clients to turn up to appointments individually ) This is for your safety and your children.

However children over the age of 13 will be permitted to be treated at Cherish Beauty with parent/guardian consent, If booked for an appointment only.

We advise you not to bring guests to your appointment, our treatment rooms do not have any extra seating so anyone you bring with you will have to wait in reception ( Due to Covid 19 we will not be allowing anyone in the waiting areas at this time ).

Gift vouchers terms & conditions 

Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise.

Please have your gift voucher with you on arrival of your appointment so that we can proceed with your treatment.

Patch testing 

For your own health and safety and to comply with the salon policy, patch testing for eyelash & eyebrow tinting but be carried out at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the treatment,

False eyelash glue will require a patch test at a minimum of 24 hours prior to treatment 

​

Microblading Pigment & numbing cream, patch testing must be carried out at a minimum of 48 hours prior to this treatment.

In certain circumstances ( sensitive skins, some medications ) patch testing for waxing and gel nails may also be applicable.

If you are unable to make it for a patch test, we will have disclaimer forms for you to sign on the day of your treatment.

If you choose to go ahead with the treatment without patch testing, we cannot take liability for any cause of reaction.

Microblading & Tattoing policy 

 Please note if you choose to go ahead with a semi permanent procedure and have carefully read through your consultation and policy form, you are signing over full responsibility that during the course of your treatment, there may be some dis comfort or dis satisfaction with your healing process, note that some skin types can reject or fade quicker than others. We also provide a second sitting as part as the treatment plan but a third does not come included, this will be at a small cost of £20.00 if needed for minor touch ups after full procedure has taken place, we take no responsibilities for after care & healing process.

Cancellations & Refunds 

As courtesy to other clients and our therapists please give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment. A charge of 25% of the treatment will be incurred if the slot cannot be rebooked by another client at such short notice. Please note we have a 24 hour answering service and will be contacting you 48 hours before your appointment to remind and confirm via text, email or phone call. 


We have a strict no refunds policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy straight after your treatment we can correct the problem there and then, Once you have left the salon and paid for your treatment we will not be able to offer you a refund but we will offer to correct the situation where necessary, Please contact us during salon hours and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you with no hesitation.

Deposits

Any appointments that require therapist time of two hours and over or £25.00 Plus will require deposits being made on the day of booking, deposit amount will vary depending on the pricing of the treatment, normally 25% of the full price for standard treatment and set fee of £50 for all Aesthetics Tattooing & microblading procedures.

All Deposits will be deducted from the total amount on the day of your treatment.

If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not give us a minimum of 48 hours notice within reason after we have contacted you to confirm, deposits will be lost.


No smoking or pets policy 

There will be no smoking or pets allowed in the salon at all times


Privacy Policy 

We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we fully comply with all applicable UK data protection and consumer legislation.
